Q: How does the programme work?
A: Dôme Stamps: Earn one (1) stamp for each drink purchased (excluding Dôme Water).
Dôme Rewards: Collect 10 stamps and redeem a FREE drink.
Q: How do I start earning Dôme Rewards?
A: Show your membership QR code or share your membership details during checkout to collect stamps.
Q: Can I use my membership for delivery orders and discounts?
A: No, stamps and rewards apply only to dine-in, takeaway, and self-pickup orders. They do not apply to delivery services, partner promotions, or discounted purchases.
Q: What about my birthday perks?
A: RM20 Birthday Voucher: Present the e-voucher or quote your membership details at any Dôme Café outlet during your birthday month (one-time use only).
Q: Is there a physical membership card?
A: No, Dôme Rewards is fully digital. Access your membership details anytime at https://domerewards.domecafe.com.my.
Q: How long does my membership last?
A: Membership is lifetime unless terms and conditions change.
Q: Can I check my membership details and rewards?
A: Yes! Track your rewards via:
1. Logging in at https://domerewards.domecafe.com.my.
2. Checking your Dôme Café transaction receipts.
3. Asking our friendly crew in-store.
Q: How do I redeem my rewards?
A: Free Drink: After collecting 10 stamps, redeem at any Dôme Café outlet.
RM20 Birthday Voucher: Present the e-voucher during your birthday month.
Q: Is there an expiration date on rewards?
A: Yes, Dôme Rewards are valid for three (3) months from the date of issuance.
Q: Who can join?
A: Anyone aged 18 and above, regardless of nationality. Membership is non-transferable.
