Sign up in-store at any Dôme Café outlet nationwide.

Dôme Points: Earn one (1) point for each full menu price drink purchased (excluding Dôme Water).
Dôme Rewards: Collect 10 points and redeem a FREE drink.

A: Scan using the QR menu, enter your phone number in the Member’s box and place an order! You will collect points automatically.

No, points and rewards apply only to dine-in, takeaway, and self-pickup orders. They do not apply to delivery services, partner promotions, or discounted purchases.

RM20 Birthday Voucher: The birthday voucher will be available on your birthday and onwards until the end of their birthday month. If you would like to visit before the actual birth date but during the birthday month - you can still do so! Just let our team know and we will handle the rest!

Present the e-voucher or sign in using the QR Menu at any Dôme Café on your birthday (one-time use only).

No, Dôme Rewards is fully digital. Access your membership details when you visit a Dôme Café

Membership is lifetime unless terms and conditions change.

RM20 Birthday Voucher: Present the e-voucher during your birthday month.

Yes, Dôme Points are valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance.
Anyone aged 18 and above, regardless of nationality. Membership is non-transferable.
