CAFÉ MANAGER
The Cafe Manager is a natural leader who handles the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and leads team members, ensuring that customer satisfaction always the top priority. This includes implementing Dôme’s standard procedures when recruiting and training employees, scheduling, product quality control, overseeing inventory and carrying out company policy.

ASISTANT MANAGER
The Assistant Cafe Manager works closely with the Cafe Manager in the smooth running of the restaurant’s day-to-day operations. The Assistant Cafe Manager plays a key role in helping train staff, monitor inventory and quality control while maintaining the highest standard of customer satisfaction.

KITCHEN MANAGER
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for all menu items as well as the smooth running of the kitchen including training, assigning and motivating kitchen staff. The Kitchen Manager will work with the Cafe Manager in making customer satisfaction the highest priority.

SUPERVISOR
The Supervisor has a variety of responsibilities, including resolving any customer issues. Other tasks include receiving deliveries and making sure all orders are correct. The Supervisor also assists the Cafe Manager in maintaining health and safety standards and making sure team members comply with all standards and procedures.

As the first Dôme team member to greet arriving customers, the Hostess plays a crucial role in our organisation. Key qualities include a polite and positive attitude, making sure menus and tables are clean and well presented, and most importantly – a nice smile!

WAITER / WAITRESS
As the key link between the Dôme Cafe and our customers, the waiter or waitress is a positive, outgoing person who enjoys providing excellent service. The waiter/waitress makes sure to take correct food and drink orders, and attends to customers’ needs during their meal. He/she resolves any issues in a polite and professional manner, to always ensure customer satisfaction.

CASHIER
The cashier makes the customer’s payment process fast and trouble-free. The cashier also makes sure there is adequate change on hand, and works with management to overcome any payment system issues. Comprehensive training will be provided.
