DÔME REWARDS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMME
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms & conditions (hereafter the “T&Cs”) govern the Dôme Rewards Membership Programme and outline the general principles for participation. Signing up and participating in the Programme signify acceptance and compliance with the T&Cs. By joining the Programme, you (hereafter “Member”) are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.
Membership Glossary of Terms
In these T&Cs, unless clearly stated otherwise:
“Member(s)”: All Dôme Rewards Members who have agreed to the T&Cs and registered for the Programme.
“Dôme outlets”: All Dôme Cafes in Malaysia.
“Programme”: The Dôme Rewards Membership Programme, including benefits and privileges offered to Members, which may include but are not limited to membership eligibility, rewards, and benefits, subject to updates at Dôme’s discretion.
“Qualifying purchases”: Any Dôme drink purchased by a Member, except Dôme Water, for which a Dôme Points can be earned. This applies to dine-in and takeaway (self-pickup drink order only). Points will not accrue for delivery services, partner promotions, or discounts unless otherwise specified.
“Dôme Points”: The digital points earned for each qualifying drink purchase, tracked automatically in the Member’s account.
“Dôme Rewards”: Rewards issued after accumulating the required number of Dôme Points, which Members can redeem for a free drink.
“Birthday Privilege”: A birthday treat redeemable during the Member’s birthday month, valid for dine-in only.
“Site”: The Dôme website, Point of Sales systems, and the Zeoniq third-party membership platform collectively.
Membership
1. The Programme is a loyalty programme by Dôme Café Sdn Bhd to reward customers and is only valid in Malaysia. Benefits may change at Dôme’s discretion and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
2. Membership is free and lifetime, unless amended otherwise.
3. Membership is non-transferable and applicable only in Malaysia, and it is. To register as a member, you must be aged 18 and above.
4. Registration is available in-store at any Dôme Café in Malaysia. No physical card will be issued.
5. Members must present their contact details in-store to earn Dôme Points and redeem Dôme Rewards.
6. Each Member may register only once. Accurate information must be provided during registration and profile updates. Dôme may request documents to verify identity.
7. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts, passwords, and personal information.
Earning Dôme Points and Redeeming Dôme Rewards
8. Dôme Points are earned for qualifying purchases (any drinks except Dôme Water) for dine-in or takeaway (valid for self-pick-up drink orders only) at any Dôme Café in Malaysia.
9. Points and/or rewards redemption are not applicable for delivery orders, partner promotions, or other discounts unless explicitly stated.
10. Dôme Rewards require 10 Dôme Points to redeem a free drink. Rewards expire six (6) months from issuance and cannot be extended.
11. Rewards are valid only at Dôme Cafés in Malaysia. Redemption is on a per Member per receipt basis. Redeemed Rewards do not earn Dôme Points.
12. Members must sign-in during purchase to earn Dôme Points or redeem Rewards. Requests to credit Dôme Points retroactively will not be entertained.
13. All Dôme Rewards are subject to availability. Dôme reserves the right to substitute items of equivalent value without prior notice.
14. Once redeemed, Rewards cannot be revoked, amended, cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Dôme shall not be liable for any unauthorised redemptions.
15. Members can check their Point balances by logging into their accounts at any Dôme outlets.
16. Dôme reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with suspected fraudulent or erroneous Point/Reward accruals. All accrued Points/Rewards will be forfeited.
Birthday Privilege
17. Members are entitled to a Birthday Privilege during their birthday month, which includes an RM20 e-voucher (valid for dine-in only).
18. Dôme may request identification (e.g., IC) for verification during redemption.
19. The Birthday Privilege is subject to availability. Dôme reserves the right to substitute items of equivalent value without prior notice.
Privacy
20. By signing up for the Dôme Rewards Membership, Members agree to the collection, storage, and use of their information as described in the Privacy Policy available on the Dôme Café website.
Marketing
21. Dôme may send promotional materials, advertisements, and updates regarding its affiliates and partners. Members may opt out by contacting Dôme via email.
End of Programme
22. Members may terminate their participation in the Programme by emailing rewards@domecafe.com.my with proof of identity and their Membership number.
23. Termination of membership will result in the deletion of all accrued Stamps and Rewards without compensation.
24. Dôme reserves the right to suspend or deactivate accounts for the following reasons:
I. Fraud, attempted fraud or theft by the Member in-store or online;
● An abnormally high number of transactions on the same purchasing day and/or over several days;
● Action such as to disrupt operation of the Internet site, the Programme or stores;
● Non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions;
● Applications for multiple membership accounts by the same person;
● The Member makes no purchase or redemption for a consecutive period of 36 months.
II. Death of the Member.
III. All accrued Dôme Stamps / Dôme Rewards will be permanently deleted without compensation.
General Conditions
25. Dôme shall not be liable for any damages in the event the Dôme Rewards Membership, including the Site, cannot be used due to technical issues or communication system failures. During such events, Dôme may not be able to credit Dôme Points/Dôme Rewards instantly and/or allow Members to redeem Dôme Rewards.
26. Dôme reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Members are advised to refer to the latest version of the T&Cs accessible on the Dôme Café website.
27. Without prejudice to any of Dôme’s rights or remedies, Dôme may at any time, at its absolute discretion and without prior notice, terminate this Programme, withdraw, cancel, or invalidate any cardmember account, Dôme Point(s) and/or Dôme Rewards(s) issued.
28. In no event shall Dôme be liable to any Member or any third party for any loss, injury, or any special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential losses or damages whatsoever or howsoever caused under any cause of action arising directly or indirectly in connection with the Programme, usage of Dôme Rewards Membership, or in becoming a Dôme Member.
29. These T&C shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The parties hereto agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
